Our history and development
Our history dates back to the beginning of our operations when we implemented innovative projects in the field ofCNC milling and turningOver the years, we have gained valuable experience and client trust, steadily expanding our offerings and strengthening our position in the precision machining market.
From the very beginning, we have focused on quality, accuracy, and reliability. Today, we are a modern enterprise specializing inprecision mechanics, offering comprehensive services inCNC milling, CNC turning and the production of high-precision components.
Precision metal machining – our specialty
We specialize in manufacturing parts and components with the highest precision. We produce, among others,steering system components and car suspension elements, which are supplied to clients in the automotive and industrial sectors. Each detail is created using advanced numerically controlled machines, ensuring accuracy to hundredths of a millimeter, and even to 1 micron.
Thanks to modern technologies, we also carry outcasting processing on 5D machining centers, which allows for complex shapes and exceptional repeatability of details even in large production series.
Production of gears and precision components
As part of our activities, we produce high-qualitygears, worm gears, worm wheels, as well as gearboxes and precision positioning gearboxes. These components are used in various branches of industry – from automation and robotics to measuring devices.
Our offer also includes parts for control and measuring machines, aluminum parts, precision drive shafts, as well as elements for technological lines and industrial transport systems.
Modern machine park and process automation
We have an extensive technological background based on the latest CNC milling and turning centers. The use of automated solutions – such aswire feeder – allows us to maintain full production repeatability and high efficiency while ensuring the highest quality of machining.
In our daily work, we utilize 3D measurement technologies that enable precise dimensional control of each detail. As a result, all our products meet strict quality standards and the expectations of the most demanding clients.
