Schultech Technology for Industry is a manufacturer specializing in custom gearboxes, custom gears and precision gears, including high-performance worm gears, custom worm gears, custom worm wheel and custom worm and worm wheel solutions. We produce advanced machine parts, steel structures and precision components for measuring and control systems with accuracy up to 1 micron (0.001 mm).

 

Mechanical processing such as CNC milling, turning and grinding is carried out on state-of-the-art CNC-controlled machines, ensuring repeatability and exceptional precision. Our manufacturing capabilities are complemented by heat-chemical treatment processes, galvanizing and nitriding. Depending on customer requirements, we also provide powder coating or spray painting of manufactured machine parts, steel structures, custom gearboxes and precision gear components.

 

Our scope of work goes beyond manufacturing alone. We offer comprehensive support including design, development and assembly of prototypes, tooling and custom gear solutions. We create a professional manufacturing execution technology covering the entire process — from engineering design and production, through assembly and start-up testing, to final quality control confirmed by detailed measurement protocols. Cooperation with Schultech guarantees the highest quality, reliability and micron-level precision in every custom gearbox, worm gear and precision gear project.
